For 2025, I’m launching 1 micro-SaaS product a month. Each product has to meet one criteria - be genuinely useful.
I build automation tools for startups. It’s likely Gulp Studio products will be inspired by my day job… but chances are they won’t be sector or industry specific.
On top of being genuinely useful, I want to:
- Fail Fast. Launch one product a month. Move on if no traction, becomes stale or gets boring.
- Learn! Test new technologies and trial new marketing techniques with each product.
- Grow to £10K MRR by month 12 or a positive exit of similar size.
Primary focus is on building in-house. However, capital ready to deploy for partial or full acquisition of micro-saas products that are showing early stages of growth. Focused on automation/ ai & internal tooling.

SearchScrub is live 🎉
A simple chrome extension that automatically cleans your internet search history using personalised keywords.
I’m sunk 100’s of hours so far this year into building and then scrapping ideas that I either lose motivation for, don’t have legs commercially or just don’t fulfil the gulp-studio mission of being genuinely useful - so it feels good to have finally launched something that I’m reasonably proud of. Whether its a commercial success or not remains to be seen.

Progress has been predictably slow while I’ve been working on consulting projects for the first quarter of this year.
I’m currently working on two new products:

Atlas - An AI agent that launches personalised automations specific to their needs.
